Plot: Everest documents the awe-inspiring journey of two different expeditions challenged beyond their limits by one of the fiercest snowstorms ever encountered by mankind. The movie is based on the real events of the 1996 Mount Everest disaster.

In Everest (2015), Robin Wright plays the wife of climber Beck Weathers (Josh Brolin). Peach Weathers leaps into action to help her husband get down from Everest once it’s confirmed he’s alive. The Weathers have two children: Meg Weathers (Mia Goth) and Bub Weathers (Stormur Jón Kormákur).
